No. HELM is local-first — there’s no login, no account, no cloud. Your data stays on your device.
What’s the difference between Standard and Private?
Standard gives you access to the shared HELM demo at demo.hiosi.ca — the full product, all workspaces, nothing held back. Private gives you your own subdomain (yourname.hiosi.ca) so your data is completely separate and the setup is configured for your business.
What happens after I pay?
For Standard, your access link arrives by email within minutes. For Private, we deploy your subdomain and send your URL within 48 hours. For In-Person, we’ll be in touch to book your session.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. If you start on Standard and want to move to Private, just get in touch and we’ll apply your original purchase toward the upgrade.
